Come see the best in local basketball at the 6th Annual Howie Frajberg Metro Classic on Sunday, October 25 at Christ the King HS in Middle Village, Queens.  Highlights include:  The New York City vs. Long Island/Hudson Valley High School Boys and Girls All Star Game, Benefitting the Make A Wish Foundation.
Come see the best high school basketball players in the Metro NY area do battle to see who rules the courts – the boro’s or the burb’s.  All Americans Ieasia Walker, Stefanie Dolson, Christine Huber lead the Burb’s girls team and China Crosby, Bria Smith and Ariel Edwards lead the NY City team.

The girls game is at 12 noon and the boys game at 3:30 pm.  There will be separate admission for each game.  Tickets are $10 per game and will be sold at the door.  If you plan on attending both games you can purchase a discounted ticket for $15 at the girls game.

The NY City and the Long Island/Hudson Valley boys teams will be selected by October 13th - all rosters will be posted on the Metro Classic website at www.longislandhoops.org/metroclassic.

It is a game greatly anticipated by all hoops fans in the Metro NY area.  Loaded with talent, both regions will do battle to prove who are the “Kings & Queens of the Court” in Metropolitan New York.

Long Island & NY State Softball Hall of Famer Debbie Brajevich and the Silver Bullets Softball program will be holding tryouts on August 7th & 14th at John Glenn High School.  Times TBA.  Click here to register.

Registraton:  $10 per player pre registgered / $15 at the field. 

The Silver Bullets Softball tryouts are open to all players.

A three time All American and two time National Champion, Debbie is one of the best softball players to have come from Long Isand and brings her knowledge and experience to Long Island's young players.
